What you get

Funding & plan budgets in Suppora

Plans and plan periods

Start and end dates, plan management type (agency, plan managed or self managed) and the plan manager's details.

Line-item funding

Budgets by support category and item, priced from the current NDIS support catalogue.

Allocated vs spent

See committed, delivered and remaining funding side by side, per participant.

Low-funds alerts

Coordinators are alerted when a participant's remaining funding drops below 20%.

Linked to agreements

Service agreements and quotes draw on the same funding lines, so you can't promise money that isn't there.

Plan review evidence

Goals, progress notes and hours delivered are ready to pull together when the plan comes up for review.

Stop finding out at claim time

An overspent line usually shows up when a claim is rejected. Tracking allocations against delivery means the coordinator sees the problem weeks earlier, while there's still time to talk to the participant.

Questions

Do NDIS price updates happen automatically?
Yes. Suppora checks the NDIS website daily for a new support catalogue and applies it on the day it takes effect, not before. Items you have locked keep your price, and the previous price is kept so older invoices can still be checked.
Can we track self-managed participants?
Yes. The plan management type is recorded on the plan and used when you invoice.
