Medication records your staff can't get wrong by accident

Set up each participant's medication once. Workers see what's due, can't record a dose before the minimum interval has passed, and sign for every dose they give. Managers get a complete history they can export.

Medication in Suppora

Regimens

Set up per participant

Medication, dose, route, frequency, prescriber, purpose, side effects and interactions, kept on the participant's record.

Intervals

Minimum time between doses

A dose can't be recorded until the minimum interval since the last one has passed. Workers see a countdown to the next dose.

Sign-off

Signed for every dose

Before recording an administered dose, the worker sees the clinical information, confirms it and signs on screen.

Outcomes

Given, missed, refused or PRN

Record what actually happened, with notes, so the history shows refusals and missed doses as well as the doses given.

History

Full administration history

Filter by date range, export to CSV or print to PDF for a GP, pharmacist or auditor.

Houses

Works for SIL

Regimens and records can be linked to the house as well as the participant, so the right team sees what's due.

Safety checks built into the screen

Most medication errors in disability support are timing errors or doses nobody wrote down. Suppora is set up to make both harder.

  • →Doses can't be recorded early
  • →Each administered dose carries the worker's signature
  • →Refusals and missed doses are recorded, not left blank
  • →Every record shows who entered it and when
