NDIS prices and SCHADS rates built in

Suppora is NDIS provider software for Australian disability support organisations. It brings rostering, a support worker app, participant records, progress notes, incident management, SCHADS payroll and NDIS billing into one system, priced per user with no participant fees.

Sound familiar?

If this sounds like your week, you're not alone

01

The roster lives in a spreadsheet

Shifts go out by text, changes get missed, and nobody can see who is qualified to cover a sick call at 6am.

02

The team runs on WhatsApp

Handover notes, incident photos and participant updates sit in personal phones instead of the participant's file.

03

Audits mean a week of digging

Expired screening checks, unsigned agreements and late incident reports surface when the auditor asks, not before.

Suppora puts the roster, the worker app, the participant file and the claim on the same record. Coordinators get clarity, workers get a simple app, and auditors get evidence.

Features

Five things that fix most of the problem

Rostering, the worker app, compliance, billing and Suppora AI, working from one set of records. A shift, the note written after it, the timesheet and the invoice all point to the same participant and the same plan.

Scheduling & SIL

Fill shifts faster, and pay them correctly

Build rosters by participant or by house. Suppora warns you about clashes and ratio problems before you publish, offers open shifts to workers who can take them, and applies your SCHADS pay rules to every hour worked.

  • One-to-one, group and SIL shifts
  • Open shifts workers can claim from the app
  • Sleepovers, wake-up checks and broken shifts handled
Explore rostering
Support worker app

Your team's whole shift, in their pocket

Workers see today's shifts with the address, participant details and handover notes. They clock in on site, write the note, report an incident and clock out from the same app, and it all lands on the participant's file straight away.

  • iPhone and Android, same login as the web
  • Geofenced clock-in and out
  • Progress notes, incidents and medication sign-off
Explore the worker app
Compliance & risk

Ready for your audit on any day of the year

Every record keeps its own history of who viewed it and who changed it. Expiring agreements, overdue reviews, lapsed worker checks and reportable incidents turn into tasks for the right person.

  • Aligned to the NDIS Practice Standards
  • Incident, complaints, risk and restrictive practice registers
  • Worker Screening and training expiry alerts
Explore compliance
NDIS billing

From shift to claim without re-typing

Billing lines sit on the shift they came from, priced from the current NDIS pricing schedule. Send NDIA bulk claims, invoice plan managers and self-managed participants, and push it all to Xero.

  • NDIA bulk payment request files
  • Plan-managed and self-managed invoices
  • Price limits updated when the NDIA publishes them
Explore billing
Suppora AI

Ask your own records, in plain English

Ask "which shifts next week have no worker?" or "whose screening expires this month?" and get a table back. Suppora AI drafts progress note fields from what the worker entered, sends an optional morning summary, and can create tasks for you — always asking before it saves anything.

  • Answers from your data only, within each user's permissions
  • Every action approved by a person and logged
  • Daily usage cap so costs stay predictable

What a shift looks like from a support worker's phone

Three taps that used to be three systems.

  1. 107:58

    Clock in at the address

The shift, the participant's key details and the handover from last night are on the worker's phone. Clock-in only works inside the geofence you set.

  2. 211:40

    Write the note against goals

Structured progress notes with the sections your office uses, linked to the participant's goals. Incidents and medication are recorded the same way.

  3. 312:02

    Clock out, and it's done

The hours become a SCHADS-checked timesheet and the billing line is ready to claim. Nobody re-types anything into payroll or billing.

Getting started

How switching works

Small teams can sign up and start the same day. For larger organisations we plan the move with you. How long it takes depends on how much data you have and how many staff need training.

  1. Step 1

    Demo and plan

We look at how you work today and agree what moves across and when.

  2. Step 2

    Import your data

Participants, plans, agreements, staff and houses come across from your current system or spreadsheets.

  3. Step 3

    Set up and train

Roles, pay rules, templates and letterhead are configured. Office staff and support workers are trained.

  4. Step 4

    Go live

You switch over with us on hand, and we check in during the first pay run and billing cycle.

Pricing

Simple per-user pricing

Pay for the staff who log in. Participants are unlimited on paid plans and never cost extra. The worker app is included on every plan.

What is Suppora?
Suppora is NDIS provider software for Australian disability support organisations. It covers rostering and SIL, participant records, progress notes, incidents and restrictive practices, staff recruitment and training, SCHADS timesheets, and NDIS claims and invoicing, with a support worker app for iPhone and Android.
What does Suppora cost?
Starter is free for up to 5 users. Professional is A$12 per user per month, billed annually. Enterprise starts at A$24 per user per month. Prices are in AUD, exclude GST, and there is no charge per participant.
Who is Suppora for?
Registered and unregistered NDIS providers: core supports and community access, SIL and SDA providers, and allied health teams. It suits organisations from a handful of staff to several hundred.
Is there a mobile app for support workers?
Yes. The Suppora app runs on iPhone and Android. Support workers see their shifts, clock in and out, write progress notes, report incidents, sign off medication and pick up open shifts. Coordinators get an admin view for the roster, approvals and messages. It uses the same login as the web app.
Can you move our data across from our current system?
Yes. We import participants, plans, agreements, staff and houses from spreadsheets or exports from your current system, and check the import with you before you go live.
Do NDIS price updates happen automatically?
Yes. Suppora checks for a new NDIS support catalogue every day and applies it on the date it takes effect. Prices you have locked are left alone, and previous prices are kept for auditing older invoices.
Does Suppora follow the SCHADS Award?
Suppora comes with SCHADS pay rules set up: penalties, overtime, sleepovers, broken shifts and allowances. Your payroll admin can adjust them to match your agreement.
How is our data kept separate and secure?
Each organisation has its own workspace, and every record is tied to that organisation. Staff only see what their role allows, and access to sensitive records is logged.
Can we leave if it's not right for us?
Yes. There's no lock-in contract on monthly plans, and you can export your records at any time.
