Houses, rooms and vacancies in one place

Every house or site has its own page: who lives there, which rooms are free, the roster, the checks that are due and the information staff need when they arrive.

What you get

SIL houses & sites in Suppora

Rooms and occupancy

Record each room and who is in it. Vacancies show up on the sites dashboard so intake knows what is available.

House rosters

Roster by house as well as by participant, with support ratios and shared shifts counted correctly.

Overnight and wake-up checks

Active and sleepover nights, with wake-up checks recorded by the worker at the time they happen.

Access codes, locked down

Lockbox, alarm and Wi-Fi codes are stored encrypted. Staff with permission can reveal them, and every reveal is written to the log.

House schedules

Recurring house jobs such as fire drills, vehicle checks and cleaning become tasks for whoever is on shift.

Map and list views

Filter sites by region, vacancy or type and switch between cards, a list and a map.

Built around the house, not just the person

Most NDIS systems were built for one worker visiting one participant. SIL runs differently: several people, several staff and a building with its own obligations. Suppora models the house as well as the people in it.

  • →Shared shifts split across residents without manual maths
  • →House-level compliance tasks next to participant tasks
  • →Access codes out of group chats and off the fridge

Questions

Does it handle SDA as well as SIL?
Yes. A site can be SIL, SDA, respite or another type, and each tracks rooms and vacancies the same way.
Who can see the alarm codes?
Only roles you give the reveal permission to. Each reveal records who, when and which code, so you can review access at any time.
